Softrase developed “Verge” as a modern web tool for managing employee tasks and projects. Together with our internal team, we planned every page: the dashboard provides an immediate overview of upcoming tasks, project progress, and team activities. The projects page lists all ongoing and completed projects with status, deadlines, and responsibilities. The employees page shows team members, their roles, and current workload. A Kanban board visualizes tasks by status (To Do, In Progress, Done). A calendar facilitates scheduling appointments and milestones. An integrated chat (messaging) enables direct communication within the team—all in a single, user-friendly interface.
The web app helps companies answer the three most important questions in under 10 seconds: Who are you? What do you do? Why should you use this app? (Efficiency, transparency, better collaboration). It creates a professional impression and builds credibility for your internal management. It tells the story of your projects and their progress. It clearly lists pending tasks and how the workflow functions (Kanban, calendar, chat). It provides all necessary contact options. Without such an application, teams would have to use several separate tools (Trello, Slack, calendars)—Verge brings everything together in one place. Constant inquiries about tasks or status are eliminated; everyone sees exactly what needs to be done on the dashboard. We developed this demo to showcase how we can realize tailored web apps for internal business processes.
