Description:

Softrase developed “Dash CRM” as a powerful web application that combines customer management, HR, finance, and project management into a single platform. Together with our team, we planned every page: the dashboard provides a central real-time overview of sales activities, open tasks, financial metrics, and team performance. The employee page manages staff, departments, and responsibilities. The “Core HR” module handles personnel files, contracts, vacation entitlements, and absences. The finance page monitors invoices, expenses, budgets, and cash flows. The tasks page organizes to-dos, priorities, and deadlines. The performance page evaluates employee goals and achievements (OKRs/KPIs). The projects page plans milestones, resources, and delivery dates. The reports page generates customized analyses of sales, HR metrics, and finances. The customer management page stores contact data, interaction history, contracts, and support tickets. An integrated blog allows for knowledge management and corporate communication, while the profile page provides personalized settings and access rights.

The web app helps companies answer the three most important questions in under 10 seconds: Who are you? What do you do? Why should you use Dash CRM? (Everything integrated—no more fragmented tools). It eliminates the need for multiple separate software solutions (CRM, HR, finance, project management) by consolidating everything into a consistent interface. It prevents the need for constant switching between tools or redundant data entry; a glance at the dashboard provides immediate status updates on all corporate processes. We developed this demo to showcase our ability to implement tailored, scalable CRM solutions for medium-sized enterprises.
